Chalet Kassiopee is a charming freestanding stone and wood-clad chalet, just a 5-7 walk from the centre of Courchevel Moriond, formerly known as Courchevel 1650. The chalet is located on a quiet street, just off the main road which connects Courchevel Village (1550), Moriond (1650) and Courchevel 1850. The village offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the glitz of 1850, with more of a traditional mountain village atmosphere. There are a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars and skiing to suit all abilities, with some lovely long green runs for beginners close to the village and the whole of the vast Three Valleys area to explore for more experienced skiers. If you don't fancy the walk to the centre of town, there is easy access via the escalator located close by to the chalet, which will whisky you straight up to the foot of the slopes and the many bars and restaurants Courchevel Moriond has to offer.

With five bedrooms sleeping up to 11 guests, Chalet Kassiopee is a great choice for a large family or group of friends, looking for a cosy home from home for a ski holiday in the fabulous Three Valleys. The chalet is wood-panelled throughout and attractively furnished in a style that gives these chalets a rustic French appearance.

Entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where you'll find a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bath room and toilet. The second bedroom is on the first floor, again with two single beds and en-suite shower room and toilet. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the second floor, of which two have balconies, one with three single beds, en-suite bathroom and toilet and the other two bedrooms each two single beds and an en-suite shower rooms and toilet. All of the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished, with modern touches that compliment that traditional Alpine architecture.

The kitchen is open plan, located on the first floor and fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and a cafetiere. It opens out onto the dining room, making this a sociable space to cook and eat with family and friends, and a great space for family dinners and post-dinner board games. Outside of the living room is a spacious terrace, with stunning panoramic views over Courchevel Village and across the valley.

With a huge U-shaped sofa and beautiful fire place, the living room is the perfect place to unwind after a tiring day on the slopes. Complete with flat screen television and with free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, why not curl up in front of the fire and play games with your friends or enjoy a good film.If you're travelling to the chalet by car, there is space for one car on the driveway in front of the chalet.

What's Included?

We include: Beds made on arrival, with bath robes and slippers, mid-week and end of stay cleaning, mid-week towel change, local tourist tax, satellite TV and free wifi. Our contactless catering service, where we shop, deliver and stock your kitchen before your arrival and half-way through your stay.*

*The backstage team's work of organising and delivering provisions and cleaning the chalet is all included in the marked chalet price. If you choose the Contactless catering service, the price also includes all your food and drink for the week. We will provide you with breakfast every day, afternoon tea and snacks, pre-dinner nibbles, plus a three course dinner on six of the seven nights, which also includes unlimited red and white wine and a few beers.

If you opt for our self catering service, the chalet price does not include any food or drink, so you have the freedom to cook at home, or try out the great local restaurants in resort. Ski passes, equipment hire and airport transfers can all be arranged in advance (with a supplement, as these services are not included in the chalet price). Classic Contactless Catering Service

Your chalet will be ready on arrival - beds made, dinner ready and fridges stocked*, wine-cellars replenished, skis and lift passes all booked. But you won't see us. We'll be at the end of the phone, but there will be no contact, unless you need it. You and your family will be safe and looked-after, as we work in the background, providing everything you need.

Our contactless catering service comes with the choice of two pricing options, a fixed menu with food and drink included in the price, and our self catered option which allows you greater flexibility to eat and drink whatever you desire and the cost of the food is on supplement, at cost price, and depending on what produce you choose to order.

For those looking for a simple packaged chalet price, we are offering an all-inclusive price, which includes rental of the chalet and your food and drink for the week. Included will be breakfast, afternoon tea, a three course dinner on 6 out of 7 nights, plus unlimited wine and some beers. We have prepared a delicious menu for the week, with a mix of ready prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy to cook dishes or sides. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad, or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal.

Perhaps you want the freedom to choose your own menus, or perhaps you'd prefer to eat out more than one evening during the week, or you just love to cook yourself and enjoy the holidays where you have time to do this in a relaxed way. That's where our self catering service comes in. As an alternative to the service detailed above, we will also offer a lower rate, which does not include the food and drink for the week.

Our aim is to provide the safest possible environment for a ski holiday, whilst staying as affordable as possible. The new way to holiday will be by enjoying the facilities, food and beverages but without the staff waiting on you hand and foot. That will keep things safe and affordable. However, for those in search of a little more luxury, we are able to provide drivers, chefs, daily cleaning, ski lessons etc, all of which can be discussed at the time of booking or with our concierge service prior to arrival.

*Please note that for the self catered option, ski hire and lift passes come at additional costs and are not included in the chalet price. Ski hire and lift passes can be booked in advance with our preferential rates. For our fixed menu option, the price does not include ski hire and lift passes, but it does include breakfast and afternoon tea for 7 days, plus a 3-course dinner with beer and wine for 6 days.
