Hotel Sole Relax & Panorama has a perfect harbour-front location. Grab a glass of prosecco and head straight for the roof terrace – the views over the lake are incredible. You can watch the boats come and go and see the people socialising in the busy square. If you can upgrade to a lake view room, the views really are special.
As soon as you step out of the hotel you’ll find yourself in Riva’s main square. There’s a great atmosphere here, particularly in the summer. People enjoy al fresco lunches and afternoon drinks while taking in the views of the lake. If you want to head further afield, the ferry port is close by too.
This is a historic hotel but the interiors have been modernised and feature wooden floors and light furnishings. The restaurant spills out onto the terrace and serves up some great dishes – make sure you try the pizza. The spa (payable locally) adds an extra touch of glamour. Featuring a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and solarium, it’s the perfect antidote after a day exploring Riva's stunning cobbled streets.

Hotel Sole is in a pedestrianised centre therefore guests will need to walk a short distance from the transfer drop off point with luggage.
Meals - food and drink in Hotel Sole Relax & Panorama
The hotel's modern restaurant is bright and airy, spilling out onto the terrace that overlooks the harbour and lake. Open for breakfast and dinner, you can enjoy a mix of traditional and modern dishes including locally-caught fish for dinner. Dinner is three courses with a choice and once a week in high season the hotel hold a gala dinner with a special menu. A varied buffet breakfast includes hot and cold options from freshly baked pastries and cold cuts and cheeses to eggs made to order.
A pizzeria is open during high season and offers a casual dining option for lunch. Evenings can be spent enjoying local drinks in the bar, where live music is performed once a week (from around the end of May to September).
