Hotel Dolomiti’s design is heavily influenced by the Haus of Habsburg so you can expect high, vaulted ceilings and vintage furniture. It encapsulates all of the surrounding regions and pays homage to its Ladin, Trentino and Tyrloean roots perfectly. It also feels very warm and welcoming with cosy rooms and friendly staff.
If you want to get out and about there's lots of great places to explore, both in the town of Canazei itself and the numerous walks around Alta Val di Fassa - all with great signage and different levels depending on your experience and ability. Whatever route you take, you’ll be surrounded by nature and enjoy amazing views from the top of the Pale Mountains. We recommend taking some time after to relax in the hotel’s wellness area. There’s a whirlpool, Turkish bath, solarium and chromo-therapy showers.
Back in the small charming town centre, you have to sample as many family-run restaurants as you can. We love the Osteria La Montanara, which is has some of the best local cuisine and Ripasso wine, a rich red from the Veneto region.
