The hotel was great

Rooms were nice and warm! Staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. The hot tubs were a great addition. They did upgrade our room which was a really nice touch. No complaints at all!

Buffet style for breakfast and dinner. They did mix up the themes each evening. So there was an Italian night, a Mexican night etc. They did however charge you for soft drinks, which was a downside. A la carte restaurant was really good!

You could not walk to the lifts. It was too far. A lot longer than what was advertised. You had to get shuttle buses which took 8 minutes. It was a struggle getting back as you never knew where the shuttle would pick you up at the end of the day.

It’s a good resort for beginners. But the star ratings of hotels are not accurate. Also the distances to the slopes/lifts are not accurate.
