2 reviews of MPM Hotel Guinness Bansko in Bansko, Bulgaria.

It’s a lovely hotel but the staff are abysmal. The rooms were spacious and really nice, and there was a little kitchenette, but it wasn’t even equipped with a kettle. The organisation was terrible. They shut the bar at 10:30pm and after that it wasn’t possible to get a drink or anything.
The location is great, about 5 minutes to walk into town and to the lifts.

We really enjoyed the holiday. The facilities are good, the fireplace is really good, the food was of a standard you’d expect to receive otherwise than the UK. Everything was warm, clean, tidy and what you’d expect.
There was a power cut while we were staying there but the staff dealt with it as well as they could. They had a boot room and also gym which was quite good.
The location is good and it took less than ten minutes to get to the lifts. The only issue is that it’s quite a queue for the gondola but that’s no reflection on the hotel, it’s just how it is in Bansko.
