Rooms were nice and warm! The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tubs were a great addition. They did upgrade our room which was a really nice touch. No complaints at all!
Buffet style for breakfast and dinner. They did mix up the themes each evening. So there was an Italian night, a Mexican night etc. They did however charge you for soft drinks, which was a downside. A la carte restaurant was really good!
You could not walk to the lifts. It was too far. A lot longer than what was advertised. You had to get shuttle buses which took 8 minutes. It was a struggle getting back as you never knew where the shuttle would pick you up at the end of the day.
It’s a good resort for beginners. But the star ratings of hotels are not accurate. Also the distances to the slopes/lifts are not accurate.

We had a fantastic experience! It was our very first time skiing. The staff are excellent – polite and friendly, and they speak English. Everyone in resort seems to speak English. The breakfast was fantastic and dinner was brilliant. My only slight (and this is very slight) quibble is that the desserts were a bit bland and tasteless, but the rest of the food was very good.
The hotel’s position is perfect, it’s away from the busy centre of town in a quiet setting, but you can walk or take the bus from the hotel right to the chairlift. There was a New Year’s dinner on New Year’s Eve which was included – I’m not sure we would have wanted to pay for it, but we were happy with it as it was included. We went out for a few drinks and to watch the fireworks as well after dinner.
