Great hotel! We could have all fitted in one room, but the price was still great to have 2 rooms. Staff were very accommodating! We had a friend join us for dinner and the staff allowed us to include him a small price. Food was excellent. Big variety of choices hot and cold. Buffet style for breakfast and dinner. Different options each night too! Transport to the lifts was great! Could get it anytime we wanted. The driver was very helpful. 15 min walk to town centre. The pool was a bit too cold. Hot tubs said it wasn’t for under 16. But there were children in there without supervision.

We had a good week, the hotel is very nice and the food was lovely! The only thing is that it seemed to be more set up for French people, the reception weren’t always brilliant with our children and I got a certain feeling they hadn’t had many English guests before.
The rooms were nice and very clean and tidy and the facilities were lovely, it was very luxurious and we enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.
The bar was OK but again all the events were in French... the good thing that there were enough of us there (my son and I and another party, 12 of us in the end) that we could make our own entertainment.
You couldn’t have beaten it for the food which was really amazing. We had a buffet with specialities every day including some really local dishes.
Location was alright – there’s a bus stop literally just outside the hotel and if you timed it right you could get up there really easily, then it was just a short walk up a little hill and you’re on the slopes. You could still walk into town.
On New Year’s Eve they had a big party thing set up downstairs but we didn’t go as it was all in French. They were really accommodating and set up a long table for us in the restaurant where we could eat the same food but do our own thing.

The hotel itself is a bit basic, no frills or luxuries.
The food was ok but also a bit basic; they did a buffet every night, a bit like having school dinners, where you just help yourself from the big containers.
The location wasn’t too bad, there’s a bus stop outside and when you get back you can take your boots off and walk back down to the village.
