The hotel was very very good. Although the single room was not good so we asked to change it and the new room was amazing! The food was amazing, first class! We almost had too much food! Buffet breakfast with hot dishes, afternoon tea and a set menu dinner. It was absolutely first class! It was a short walk to the lift and you could use the hotel lockers there. It was so luxurious! So convenient! Would 100% go back, we had the most amazing time! Its not great if you are looking for après, but ideal for peace and quiet vibe. And amazing food with great access to skiing.

Very impressed with the food and staff as well.
The hotel had VIP locker facilities at the main gondola and they were absolutely amazing – the overall quality of everything was great. We were really impressed with the quality of the food, we didn’t have a bad meal all week. There was a menu choice every night and the quality was absolutely fantastic. It was close enough to the lifts, it was only like a 5min walk. The walk was an easy 5min walk to the main gondola and we found that the infrastructure of the resort was probably the best that we’ve come across – the ski lifts, the chairs, the ski lockers – everything.
It was quite a busy apres ski resort and we found that the majority of the bars were playing Austrian music, which got a bit much for us after a few days. We found a bar called the Golden Eagle which was in the middle of the resort. It didn’t have seating outside which was actually fine, because the majority of the other bars had seating outside with heating under the infrared heat lamp, which is fine but unless you were right under the lamp, it was cold. So the Golden Eagle bar you could sit inside, the service was brilliant and it played our kind of type of music (70’s, 80’s, softish rock, blues, middle of the road stuff). Probably for the older generation but the service was brilliant. 4.5/5 . The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5/5 was probably the lack of bars that suited our age group.
