The food was good, hearty meals after a day on the slopes.
Around 8 mins walk to the slopes, through the centre of town.
We were misinformed that you needed a lift pass but for the nursery slopes you didn’t.

It’s a fairly basic hotel; inside, everything is basic but comfortable and clean. The efficient Austrian landlady did everything to a good standard.
It’s certainly not luxurious but it was fine for what we needed. Although it’s a cheap hotel, it does its job perfectly well in terms of being somewhere to eat, drink and sleep in the evenings.
The food was adequate – what you’d expect from this standard hotel. They had a salad buffet in the evenings and a choice of 2 starters and 2 main courses.
There’s a fairly small swimming pool down in the basement which was nice.
Only drawback is that everyone smokes in the hotel because you still can in Austria, you’ll get adults in the bar and lounge smoking which isn’t too pleasant but at least they didn’t smoke in the dining room.
It’s not far to walk to the ski area, about 5 mins and the hotel had its own ski locker.
Generally a good hotel for anyone wanting to ski for cheap.
