Family and well run !

The hotel was well run, it was family owned, and all the staff were very helpful.
The rooms, food and facilities were pretty good, but they were going to be upgraded. The food was good and the staff were great.
It was a bit of a hike to the slopes, so we hired another boot room by the gondola!!
Welcoming, clean hotel

The hotel was very welcoming and very clean. The food was good (we could have done with a bit more, but it wasn’t a big issue). Our room was good and we had plenty of hot water. The hotel has a nice boot room and also a swimming pool which my wife used as she didn’t ski – there was hardly anyone there in the day but my only criticism is that in the evenings it wasn’t supervised, so the kids came into the adult pool rather than staying in the kids pool.
If was a five minute walk to the bus that took you to other resorts in the area, or if you wanted to ski locally it was also a five minute walk to the nursery slope.
