Amazing Holiday

We stayed at this hotel as a group in March 2023 and had an amazing time.
The food was amazing and lots of choices every day. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel looked a little dated (although the staff said there was a renovation due soon) but clean and comfortable with large rooms.
The ski area was amazing and very snow sure too. We did the ski school for the first few days and at the end of the week we had some amazing guided off piste runs!!
It was great value for money and hopefully they will have the renovations done soon, as the location is great (ski in/ski out).

Very basic, so was to be expected. The staff were okay, this time the staff were ignoring the English guests. This was the one with least interaction with staff Food was only okay not the greatest. It was ski in ski out pretty much. Very close to hotel. Very bad communication, ski lessons for the children were bad. No communication was terrible.
