Rooms were great, we actually ended up squeezing in our family of 5 into one room. The food was almost too much, lots of choice for the children they loved it, lessons worked well. All in all a really good set up for families The location was good, not the nest location in Les Arcs but really easy access to the slopes

I would rate this hotel 5 stars for everything. The whole system with how the hotel runs is really good and very convenient every time meets our expectations. The range of dishes are great and the desserts are really good. Ski in ski out is amazing for the whole family and that’s why we keep going back.

Similar to the La Rosiere hotel that we’ve been to, comfortable and very nice. The staff were very helpful, a few grumpy people if you ordered too many drinks at a time, but generally very good. Also the kids staff were really good, the kids were always happy so yes, very good! 4.5/5
The only thing is there sometimes feels like there’s not much space at the lounge bar area (at the busy times of day), so if you’re not quick you can’t really get a seat. Other than these busy times, everything else was great.
There was good variety and a good selection for everyone. There was always something for everyone and it appeared fresh, it was good. I enjoyed it all. I thought the ski access was great, better than La Rosiere in that there was so much variety and easy to access from the hotel. It was good for all the different abilities, it was perfect for all of us. I’m incompetent in holding my skis for more than 2 meters once I have my boots on, so it was perfect! 4.5/5

Brilliant location ski in ski out was great, loved Les Arcs as an area skiing for all abilities, we loved it. Quick learning and easy for the kids to progress through the groups going from the beginners to the third group in the week. One negative, if you can call it a negative was there was too much for the children to do, which meant there was less time for the adults to relax and enjoy a drink.
