Chalet was fine, the hot tub broke and never got fixed until the end of week. Staff were a little bit new so they could do with some learning there. Food was very tasty, should have a lot more! Portions were very small, and we are big lads ! Location perfect, right on the slopes. Pair the staff with someone who has already done the season, young staff too.

Staff were lovely. The chalet girls’ first week of the season. 5th room was next to staff rooms and were being noisy on some evenings. Food was brilliant, good quality and quantity. Great location – ski in ski out.

We thought it was great, really good, hot tub on the balcony. Our bedroom had a leak through the roof but didn’t affect the holiday. Fantastic location for ski in/out, easy route into rest of 3-valleys and Les Menuires. Would go back back in the drop of a hat. Food and staff great! Used Lyons airport which is better than Grenoble. But still a 3.5 hour transfer.
4.5 roof leaked if not 5/5

The team where great and the head chef was fabulous, and great to chat with and very adaptive with the needs of the children, Rachel the resort manger checked in 2-3 times, the conditions weren’t the best so she provided useful information on what to do in the resort. Chalet was a bit of a hub lots of staff coming through the door. Children on the ground floor. The access to the slopes was very good walked out 40 yards your onto the slope, needed to get the right lift to get back to the chalet.

At the heart of it, one thing that was really helpful was the location so close to the slopes, literally ski in ski out. You can ski on to the front balcony. Room layout was great for family of 3 and family of 4, suited us down to the ground. Chalet staff were perfectly fine. Flexible on times with families with the children and simplified the menu to keep it kid-friendly.
