The Chalet was good, I couldn’t fault the service

The Chalet was good, no negatives spring to mind, I couldn’t fault the service. Kat our host was brilliant. The food was excellent, we had a couple of vegetarians and vegans who were very well catered for. Location was not an issue with the shuttle service which was very good, wait time of no longer than 5 mins, we used them every morning.

We have just returned from Val d’Isère and would like to tell you that we had a fantastic holiday. The chalet host is an absolute credit to the chalet company – he is superb – please pass on our thanks to him.

Chalet Grande Casse, Feb 2014

We were very impressed by the efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of all at this company. The hot tub was a great extra, enabling us to meet other guests in a very relaxed way. A very good holiday, which we hope to repeat next year.
