Chalet was really well suited for our 14 month old. Chalet hosts were amazing! Our room was a bit small for us, would have preferred a bigger room. Play room was excellent, as was the communal area. Nanny service was next level! One to one ratios, so you knew the child was being looked after well. Really high standard. Had an app to give you updates. Food wasn’t amazing, but it was perfectly fine. Kids food was great. Kids had a separate meal time to the adults. Which was really nice. All the kids could hang out together and then they all go to sleep. Not ski in/out. We put our ski hire by the lifts, so no need to walk in ski gear. 5 minute walk to the lifts. Recommended it to other families already. The flights to Lyon are a bit of a pain. Which means a long transfer. Would consider arranging own flights. Would also recommend earlier in the year.
