The chalet was nice for what it was.
Plenty of space in the chalet, no proper wardrobes or drawers.
Don & Co couldn't do enough, very good.
Access to chalet was harder than expected, isolated, trek either up or down the slopes, snow wasn’t great but even if it was, definitely not ski in/out – not ideal for kids. One big issue was it was so icy, sheet ice and it wasn’t cleared all week treacherous.
Quality of food very good, huge, quite a lot of weight, no one went hungry, too much! Plenty of wine too.

It was perfect, really good! Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were brilliant as well. They were very friendly and helpful. The food was incredible, really well done! One of the guys was an actual chef and the food was outstanding. Loved Arcs 1800 and the location was perfect for us. Obviously the chalet is a bit further out but the benefits outweighed the tired legs. It was quite hard at times, but we only figured out towards the end of the week that you can get off a ski lift higher up and easily walk back to the chalet, rather than walking uphill. Also the staff gave us a great tip for a short-cut which is only a few meters up the road, you could go down a little path which joined onto a blue run which took you down to the lifts.
