Exactly what we expected

It was very good and was what clean, Staff were helpful and friendly. No surprises. We only had breakfast, breakfast option but from what we had it was good. Take the bus up to the slopes, it is all easy and arranged for you.

Perfect location in downtown Banff!

The holiday was a total success. The transfer was hassle free, support while on location was proactive and regular, the weather was unbelievable and the hotel was a perfect location for what we needed. Breakfast was fine! Perfect location in downtown Banff! Lots of great restaurants close by in downtown Banff!
