Cervinia Half Term holidays
The February half term is an ideal time to ski Cervinia. With blue skies and sunshine not uncommon at this time of year and a duvet of snow covering the mountains.
As the Italian bambinis don’t have a winter school holiday, this resort is usually less busy than those in France during half-term, with the majority of fellow holiday-goers being other Brits; plenty of playmates for the kids.
Weekends find the resort slightly busier as the Italians come to play for the day. The traditional Verrès Carnival, Pont-Saint-Martin Carnival and Coumba Freida Carnivals also bring a lot of people to the village come February time: think Venetian masks and headdresses galore. Not to be missed for a taste of Italian Alpine history.
Half term ski holidays tend to get booked up quickly, especially in family friendly resorts like Cervinia. Check out our family friendly hotels, chalets and apartments below or call us for help choosing your perfect half term ski deal.
