Cervinia Easter holidays
With its perfect north-facing mountains and breathless top-of-glacier altitude of over 3000m, Cervinia ticks all the boxes for good snow during your Easter vacation. Mistakenly presumed by many to be too late in the season for great skiing, this Italian resort is fairly quiet come April. All the more reason to hit these Northern Alps for your Easter break.
In Italy it’s the “flying bells” that bring you your chocolate eggs. No bunnies or chicks here, but no less entertaining. If you’re planning a family trip during the school holiday, the Scuola di Sci del Cervino keeps children entertained over the Easter week. As well as lessons with the ski club, their Kinder Park can be found by the Cretaz chairlift for children too young to clip in just yet. Watch them from the sidelines as they play with snow trucks and all things inflatable, or whizz off for some adult time on the hill.
