Easter skiing means a wonderful snowy piste with days of cruising wide open runs under the sunny sky. The high altitude of the ski area means snow-sure conditions throughout April with one of the best Easter snow records in the Milky Way. Ski-in ski out accommodation such as Les Hameau des Airelles Apartments right near the ski school meeting point makes for an easy start to a fantastic day on the piste. Ski a scenic route over the border for a taste of Italy on the sunny terrace of an Italian slope-side café.
Families are extremely well catered for here. ESF has its own children’s club and a playground on the slopes for introducing the young ones to the snow. The nursery slope at village height is ideal for first time skiers and the unhurried pace and variety of runs on the slopes means that families can take a long windy route right from the top of the mountain and breeze back to base on a windy red or breezy blue.
