La Tania Half Term holidays
La Tania is renowned as a great destination for families, and half term is a great time to see why for yourself. There is a great choice of ski schools available for all ages and abilities. Specialised children’s lessons use modern techniques accompanied by fun and games. Teens might enjoy trying the rails and jumps in the Family Park in Courchevel with the Boardercross race tracks. While the kids are taken care of, there are 150km of prepared pistes to explore with a Courchevel lift pass across a variety of shaped runs. You have to try the lovely long ‘Creux’ red for picturesque views around the mountain, or the ‘Biollay’ blue for a leisurely ski. Advanced skiers will enjoy the ‘Jockeys’ black run down the first gondola from La Tania.
Book into a hotel for excellent facilities with professional service and meals taken care of. Chalets offer a more intimate setting for a traditional skiing experience – the Chalet Jennifer is our favourite with bundles of charm.
