Our Courchevel snow history shows that February has some of the most impressive snow of the year, so if you’re planning to make the most of the half term break on the mountains, this is a fantastic place to go!

This is one of the most popular weeks to visit Courchevel so expect the villages to be absolutely buzzing with people of all ages enjoying some of the best snow of the season. A brilliant resort for family holidays, Courchevel was awarded the Famille Plus label in 2010 and offers a ski area, activities and entertainment for all ages. Groups, single travellers and all kinds of snow lover will appreciate the varied skiing, activities and nightlife here.

With a majority of the local ski area suited to beginners, Courchevel has a well deserved reputation as an excellent place to learn. The ski schools here are brilliant –make sure you book lessons well in advance as this is such a popular week to ski! There are designated zones where novices can learn to stop and practice in peace as well as special areas to make skiing even more fun for children.
