You can expect some brilliant snow this February half term if the past years are anything to go by – with the highest altitudes, Avoriaz is the best option in the Portes du Soleil if you’re looking for optimum conditions.

The World Snow Awards voted this resort the best for families in 2012, which makes this an excellent option if you’re planning to get your clan to the mountains during the week off school. There are terrific areas for children learning to ski and snowboard and more experienced youngsters will enjoy a variety of snowparks, off piste and pistes of all lengths and gradients.

Choose between cosy comfort in our chalets, services and facilities in our hotels or self-catering flexibility in our apartments. Avoriaz is a high altitude, ski in / ski out resort, so you won’t have to worry about lugging your equipment about to get to the piste. Ask us about accommodation with childcare services if you’re travelling with anyone too young for ski school.

Avoriaz is a relatively short airport transfer from Geneva – book a holiday with flights and transfers included to make booking and travel quick and hassle-free. It’s also one of the closest resorts to Calais if you prefer to book one of our self-drive packages.
