Mont Tremblant Easter holidays
With one of Canada's shortest flight times from the UK, superb offerings for families and gob-smacking sights of the Laurentian Mountains, Mont Tremblant makes a super base for an Easter ski break.
The Candy Shop and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory should stock all you need in terms of chocolatey goodness, and if you're after somewhere with Easter activities, look no further than the The Convention Centre: craft workshops, egg hunts and decorating the Easter tree are only a few activities that tend to crop up at this time of year. Sometimes the school holidays coincide with the resort's spring celebrations, the most famous of which is the Caribou Cup, where skiers and snowboarders try to cross a pond in fancy dress…
The season usually carries on until the end of April, meaning that the snow should be in good shape over the Easter holidays (especially on the shaded ‘North Side'). Best of all, skiing is a whole a lot more affordable than in other North American resorts here thanks to regular springtime lift pass deals.
