Westendorf Half Term holidays
Westendorf’s excellent crèche facilities, huge and varied ski area and bucket load of non-skiing activities make it a great choice for families with children of all ages during half term. For little ones there is a dedicated children’s area on the nursery slope near the village equipped with magic carpets, a children’s carousel, a camel hump run and a “bambini” lift. The local ski schools including The Reds and Schischule Top have Bobo’s Mini Club for children 3-4 years old and Bobo’s Kids Club for children aged 5-14 years leaving the adults free to explore the slopes safe in knowledge that their children are developing their technique with experienced English speaking instructors. Teenagers looking to perfect their free-styling technique will be kept entertained in the Boarder’s playground Snowpark which has a range of kickers, boxes and rails. With snow conditions usually at their peak over this time of year, you can enjoy all the skiing that the huge SkiWelt circuit has to offer. There are plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained off the slopes including walking trails, snowshoeing, ice skating on a beautiful natural rink, bowling, tobogganing and horse drawn sleigh rides.
Families travelling with children who need looking after in the daytime or evenings can check out our hotels with childcare. Book your hotel in a package complete with flights and transfers and let us take care of the organisation. Alternatively you can opt to drive and choose a package with channel crossings if you prefer to arrive under your own steam.
