With access to such a large ski area, there’ll be more than enough snow by the time Christmas comes round and snow making canons cover 85% of the resort if Mother Nature needs a nudge in the right direction. Many of the regions hotels will put on special gala dinners for the day itself, allowing you to ski all day and come back for a traditional roast later on. The Christmas market in the village centre is a firm favourite of the locals, and a popular fixture of the Christmas season- you’ll need to be a saint to resist all of the tasty treats on offer!
