Fieberbrunn Half Term holidays
The young at heart will have just as good a time as the actual children in the group in Fieberbrunn over half term. The Trend Sporthotel Fontana is ideal for a first ski trip with the family. With a ski in/ ski out location right next to the pistes, there’s less scope for ski boot related disasters on the way to the slopes, and with so much snow right on your door step there’ll be snowmen aplenty by the end of the week. The range of slopes on offer also bode well for a trip with the kids- the progression from blue to red runs is a gentle one, and with a small snowpark and some timed ‘race’ slopes there’s plenty of variety to keep everyone occupied. More adventurous members of the family will relish the freeriding potential around the Henke area of the mountain- as the only Austrian stop on the Freeride World Tour you know there’s going to be some good descents to be found!
