Valkids, at the top of the Solaise Gondola, is an area created for kids, with a play area boasting child sized equipment from a first aid station to piste bashers and the fun run kitted out with foam modules. is greater than the entire skiable terrain of many lesser resorts. The french ski school offer a full range of special children and teen programs which extend right up to 18 years. Children under 8 get a free lift pass. Off the slopes there's the Aquasportif Sports & pool complex has additional features such an interactive games E-wall and a driving simulator. Two accesses to the swimming pool are included with the lift pass for the 24/25 season.

BASS have been introducing youngsters to the mountains for more than 20 years now – helping them to improve and build confidence by prioritising safety and fun. Instructors are either British natives or fluent English speakers, and they know how to bring out the very best in children - keeping pressure to a minimum and encouragement to a maximum.
SAFETY – we carefully check each child’s ability. High vis vests and safety cards are provided for each child and helmets are a must. Instructors have first aid and safety kits with them at all times, and often there’s an assistant who comes along too.
Mini Masters & MM Ski Academy
Mountain Masters began in 1988, when 3 experienced instructors and mountain guides decided to break away from the mass market ski schools and provide custom-made tuition for the individual. Since then, they have built a team of experts in Snowsports and instruction including ex-pro’s, demo-team members and national examiners, so your children will be in the best of hands. Kids groups are small – no bigger than 6 – so every child gets the care and attention they need to learn technique, tricks and the rules of the slopes. Lessons also include a 15 minute break somewhere warm to keep little ones warm and happy. Group lessons are for children aged 5+ and shared private sessions for younger children on request.
