Today he works with a pool of high calibre chefs, bringing internationally-influenced cuisine to the chalet and cooking up sample menus which make the mouth water. Don't leave your chalet catering in your fate's, or your own, hands - take the chef who can guarantee you a week of delicious dishes. You can even take your new favourite recipes home with you, enjoying one of his -to our knowledge, unique to the chalet- cookery lessons (catering for groups of up to 4) .

Totally flexible, they can ship someone to man the kitchen for just an evening if you’re hosting a blow-out Alpine bash and however long you hire yours, they’ll see to the dishes, the cleaning – some even ski touring and chauffeuring.
