Joseph’s Restaurant
Joseph’s Restaurant offers a unique culinary take on Austrian and international cuisine using fresh, local, seasonal produce. The smartly decorated restaurant has an expansive terrace from which you can take in views of the lake and the surrounding Salzkammergut Mountains. Joseph’s is run by native “Wolfganger” Bernhard Reiter and his wife Brigitte. The couple speak fluent English and are happy to explain the nuances of the menu. The restaurant was awarded 1 toque "Gault Millau", 2 forks in "Falstaff" Restaurant Guide and 2 ** at "A La Carte" in 2014. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Seevilla Wolfgangsee and has 10 tables both in the restaurant and on the lakeside terrace, space for around 40 people, so book in advance for a large group.
