ECCO ON SNOW restaurant
This innovative gourmet restaurant is based in the Hotel Giardino Mountain. Serving beautifully crafted dishes, from seafood to veal with truffles. There is also a specially selected wine menu to accompany your choice of dishes. Head chef Rolf Fliegauf is the youngest chef in Switzerland to have been awarded four Michelin Stars in total, two of these for ECCO. Advanced bookings are advised.
