Children from age three are well catered for in Söll with the choice of ski kindergarten at the ski schools. The Hexenweise trail, located at the Valley Station of the gondola. featuring a little hill, a tunnel and a witch's rocker is a great playground for the children to get used to skiing with lots of fun in a fairy tale winter wonderland. Older children will take part in the Teenager program, including Freeriding at the new Black Pipe, videod ski and boarder crossline at the new Red Viper and a chill area at the Crazy Kangaroo with over 40 kickers and rails. Given the resort's pedestrian centre and its village feel and slopes, Söll is quite a good choice for families. Children under 5 get a free lift passes, child rates for up 15 years, 16 and 17 years get a youth pass.

Ski School Söll Hochsöll – Embacher
Terrific courses for children as young as 3, making use of the Hexen-Kinderland area at the middle station, which is kitted out with a conveyer belt, merry go round and a nursery slope. Lunchtime supervision can be provided in the children’s club.
Courses for teens are also available, where young people from 13-17 can learn carving, moguls and off piste with others in a similar age group.
