Saalbach is a great resort for activities and fun for the whole family. The resort is great for beginners as it has some gentle slopes. These slopes are perfect for young children and those new to skiing. Saalbach is the sister resort to Hinterglemm and slightly lower than Hinterglemm. Saalbach has lovely hillside views and has lovely beginner pistes. There is a bus that can take you between Saalbach and Hinterglemm and it is only about 5 mins, so you could look at childcare in Hinterglemm too.
