Ortisei in Val Gardena is a wonderful winter holiday destination, where children get the usual generous Italian welcome in the hotels, restaurants and ski huts. With events that are tailored made for families and facilities to keep the children occupied both on an off the slopes, it makes for an ideal place for families. There are lovely playgrounds, to go to after lessons. The Ski & Snowboard School Ortise caters for children from 2 years, with outdoor and indoor playtime adventures, including lunch. There are taster skiing sessions for 3 year olds and lessons from 4, with special programs for teenagers. There is the Snowpark Furdenan at the Seiser Alm Gondola with little obstacles, games, noises and the “bigairbag” for kids of all ages to enjoy. Activities outside of skiing and snowboarding include a 3km tobogganing slope, horse drawn carriages and ice skating.

Saslong Ortisei Ski School
The children's instructors at Saslong Ortisei Ski School are specially trained so that little ones feel safe and have a lot of fun whilst learning to ski. We'll show them the lovely, sunny slopes of Seiser Alp and Seceda / Col Raiser as well as the area's top quality practice slopes. Our children's courses are divided into different groups depending on age and skiing level. Discounts of up to 50% are available when you have three children learning to ski with us.

Ski School Ortisei
We have ski courses for children and teenagers, run by experienced and qualified instructors. Ask us about our discounts - 10% for the second child and 50% for the third child when you book group lessons with Ski School Ortisei. Kids Starter courses are available for 4-5 year olds, and we run beginner and advanced courses for kids over 5's. Confident skiers can join our Exclusive Group for little pro's and have a go at the World Cup slopes. We also run a Kids Ski Academy for 10-13 year olds.

Our childcare plans are flexible and uncomplicated, and meals can be included too!
