Les Menuires has excellent facilities for children aged from 3 months. A list of baby sitters can be obtained online from the tourist informoation. The French ski school has bases in Les Bryeres, La Croisette and Grand Reberty (2000). Their "World of Club Piou Piou" creches take children from 3-30 months, with morning, afternoon and optional lunch sessons. (please note that a health certificate must be brought along when you register your child for this facility). The kids club for children 30months to 5 years, includes a restaurant and facilities for indoor and outdoor play. The skiing area, enclosed by netting and with its own mini drag lift, has specially adapted equipment to make skiing a game, and children can take lessons from two-and-a-half years of age, with half day session bookable for the 2.5-5 year olds. Six day training courses are organised from Sun to Fri or Mon- Sat and can be combined with the Club Piou piou if you want regular day care with snow fun. For older children there is the Mini Champion Course (staged in the school holiday periods) for ages 6 to 12, with various levels of award or the 'Competition Course' for 6 to 18 year olds which includes more testing techniques. Although the free lift passes are not generous, ending when a child is five, the 3 Vallées resorts do offer child discounts of 18% on the adult price right up to a child's 17th birthday, Family lift passes for 2 adults and up to 6 chlidren are also all sold at the reduced rate.

Piou Piou Children's Clubs
The ESF children’s clubs offer nursery and day care for children during family ski holidays in Les Menuires, allowing you to enjoy the ski area while your children are safe and well looked after. They have a nursery, "World of Club Piou Piou" for babies and toddlers from 3 months to 30 months and a Mini Club for children aged 31 months to 5 years, where children can have lots of fun snowshoeing, sledding and playing lots of games and also get an introduction to sliding.
Half days with optional Lunch, or full days available. Open 9:00am to 17:15pm.
