Les Gets is widely recognised as a first class choice for families, thanks to its relaxed ambience and its excellent facilities. It has been awarded the official Famille Plus Montagne label. Ski Famille, the leading British tour operator for families that makes special efforts "beyond the call" to offer all the extras for babies and children, is based here. The resort has its own creche, Les Fripouilles, accepting children from 6 months to 4 years. Les P'tits Montagnys can be offered as part of the the French ski school's lessons and creche, ESF offers a snow garden and first lessons on snow and a second choice, 'Ile des Enfants' ('Children's Island') is also available for kids aged 4 to 12. Beyond these permanent facilities the resort goes to great lengths to organise a full program of fun packed children's activities and kids can enjoy the cinemas, bowling, skating rink and the unique mechanical music museum.

PDS Snowsports Children's Lessons
PDS Snowsports are a British ski school who are specialists in teaching children. Their team consists of ex national junior team coaches, who have heaps of experience in training up the best young skiers. They strive to make learning fun, and aid children to excel and develop their skills, with courses for beginners and pathways for budding skiers into their Academy programs, which allow them to really hone in their skills and advance to the next level. Lessons in different disciplines are also available, including racing, freestyle, freeride, moguls and skier cross.
After the week’s course, there is an awards evening, with certificates, prizes and also a film of progress made during the week, filmed on a go pro.
Ski With Ease Ski School
At Ski With Ease (2016's Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Winner) our Children’s ski lessons are designed to draw out youngster’s natural sense of wonder and their ability to learn - combining tuition with fun activities like treasure hunts and trails. Available for all levels and ages from 3 up, our private lessons can be booked one to one, or in a private group class with family and friends.
With our Parent & Child lessons, parents can get involved for no further cost. These lessons are open to children aged 3-5, and little ones will learn all the important skiing tips and techniques, and how to safely use chair lifts. We’ll show you the best parts of the ski area to practice in, for a safe, fun holiday all round.
