In the centre of the resort, look for a red painted house and you’ll find the Hallingstuene. Head chef Frode Aga is one of Norway’s most famous TV chefs, and cooks up a modern take on traditional Norwegian dishes, with ingredients like reindeer and whale. You’ll find the award winning Vinkjelleren wine bar in the cellar, which has more than 900 wines to sample.
