The tourism office provides up to date and accurate advice and ability to purchase lift passes and guided tours for both summer and winter periods.

- Receipt of lost property from the station.

Daily
Winter: daily 8:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Summer: daily 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Interseason: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to noon / 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 10h00-12h30
When the Medical Centre in Flaine is closed, the medical office is relocated to Les Carroz d'Arâches.
