Alpine Hut Capanna Nera
The Capanna Nera alpine hut is in the idyllic location within the Dolomite mountain range, perfectly placed to relish all the activities that a winter holiday offers. From the car park to the side of the Pralongia chairlift, Capanna Nera is a ten minute walk or simply ski along the Pralongia slope to reach it. Amongst the rustic warmth and tranquil atmosphere you can enjoy a spot of lunch or an afternoon stop-off overlooking the beautiful panorama that the Dolomites are so famous for. The Col Pradat L’Ciamin restaurant will give you a real sense of some South Tyrolean cuisine in a comfortable setting. With the wooden décor and inviting fireplace, the comfy and cosy atmosphere will really add to your alpine dining experience. The menu is well-thought out and well-presented with a fantastic accompanying wine list that any of the waiters will be happy to take you through. While you enjoy your meal in this comfortable setting the views will give you something to admire between courses. It’s worth noting that reservations are required due to the limited seating space. Keep in mind the fondue night held weekly which is great for a bit of a socialise!
