Alpbach is a firm favourite resort that is attractive because of its tree-lines and the Ski Juwel. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau is one of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol. Wiedersberger Horn in Alpbachtal and Schatzberg in Wildschönau form the core of the ski area.
The cable cars are a wonderful way to get around and enjoy the breath-taking scenery. In addition, Alpbach is also known as one of the most beautiful villages because of its stunning architecture and stunning mountain peaks - not to mention the flowers and all the colour - a must see.
From fireplace ashes to narrow streets and the stunning charm of the village , traditional food and resturants will keep you busy all day when not on the slopes.
Most of the runs are blue and red making it an intermediate skiiers ideal ski location and there is no shortage of runs.
Alpbach has 109km of slopes and ski routes that sit in the heart of the Juwel region.
The tourist office is located in the centre of Alpbach after the church / cemetery.
