Winter Wonderland Hotel Park Summary

The Winter Wonderland package lets you see the best of Bled and it's surrounding region, without needing to be on the slopes. You can travel to the nation's capital, Ljubljana, for a cultural half-day trip, or explore the peaceful forests on a guided snowshoe walk. Alternatively, let some animals do the work, with a horse and carriage ride around the beautiful lake, or a dog sledding excursion through the snow.

Your base for these activities will be the Hotel Park - perfectly placed on the lakeshore, with stunning views of the famous island and its castle. Bled's largest hotel also has some brilliant features, like a heated rooftop pool, with more panoramic views, plus a wellness centre offering Thai massages and other relaxing treatments. Mealtimes consist of delicious and varied buffets for breakfast and dinner.

Snowshoe walk
Duration 3 hours 30 minutes.
Guided snowshoe walk for approximately 3 hours 30 minutes in the morning. Transportation, snowshoes and guide included.

Ljubljana half-day trip
Duration half day.
Visit the capital of Slovenia for an afternoon with a guided tour. Transport and guided excursions included.
Please note that during Christmas week, this trip will be in the evening with a duration of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Dog sledding
Duration 3 hours.
 Safety briefing, one turn around the circuit with dogs pulling the sledge. Transportation and instructor included. The track is two miles long, with one person per sledge. After the activity there is a stop at Planica ski jump. Transportation to and from the dog sledding is approximately 45 minutes each way.


Horse and carriage
Duration 30-45 minutes.
 Horse and carriage ride around the lake with pick-up and drop-off at your hotel. Maximum of 4 passengers per carriage. Please note that one carriage may be shared with other customers.
