Old, simple small apartment house "Vitalis", 4 storeys. In the district of Steinmatte, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Grocery 400 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 400 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm).
