This lavishly appointed apartment, sleeping eight adults and four children, is located in the ‘Valentine and Victoria’ complex, right in the centre of the village. The apartment is perfect for children with a second television area and access to a beautiful shared spa area with a large pool, sauna, Hammam, well-equipped gym, and games room.

Private lift access leads you into the beautiful apartment set out over two floors. On the first floor, the open plan living and dining room is wonderfully furnished with hide chairs and old wood finishes. The dining room comfortably seats ten and can be extended. The modern kitchen opens onto the living and dining area. The living room accesses the extensive balcony with views of the surrounding peaks.

Three of the bedrooms are situated at the rear of the property on the first floor. These open onto the terrace from which you can take in the great views of the Savoleyres ski area and plan your days skiing. These rooms include one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom, and a wonderful four-person bunk room. These two bedrooms share a shower room with a further separate toilet.

Internal stairs lead to the ground floor section of the apartment which has a separate entrance. A second television area, a twin bedroom, a bunk room (sleeping two), a bathroom, and a laundry room are all located on this floor. The second living room and bedroom have access to the ground floor terrace.

The chalet normally has a 24 hr driving if sold on a full service catered basis.
