Storage room for skis, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, restaurant 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 1.5 km, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 350 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice field 800 m, children's playground 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 40 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 100 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
