Free standing, two store wooden chalet, sunny and quietly located. 4-room-apartment on the first floor with sunny balcony. The cozy apartment (approx. 85 m2) has got a new, bright kitchen with dishwasher. Parking spaces. Garden. In winter close to busstop of free shuttle bus. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. No pets allowed. 4-room-apartment, 1st floor: living-dining room, 1 double bed-room with attached bathroom, 1 double room, 1 single room, kitchen, separte toilet. Included: bath- and kitchen towels, local tax. Excluded: cot CHF 20.00. 1 parking lot only.
