Free standing, two store wooden chalet, sunny and quietly located. The old apartment (approx. 75 m2) is a roof-top attic with a dining table in the middle of the room, the sofa with tv is at the edge of the room with low ceilings and some very low beams. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a bedroom with double bed (grand-lit). In a separate, also beveled room with a small attic window are two beds for children. The small shower room with toilet is reached only through this room and is also beveled with low beams. In winter close to busstop of free shuttle bus. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. No pets allowed. 3 room apartment, roof storey: double room, room with 2 beds,kitchen, living room, shower/toilet. Included: bath- and kitchen towels, local tax. Excluded: cot CHF 20.00. Only 1 parking lot.
