Triftji is a luxury three bedroom apartment in Chalet Shalimar. Sleeping 6 people in three twin/double bedrooms this apartment is perfect for a group of friends or family. You enter the apartment on the first floor which is the main sleeping floor. All the spacious bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with separate showers and the master bedroom has uninterrupted stunning views of the Matterhorn.

The main living area and dining area which is stunningly spacious and bright is on the top floor of the apartment. Large sliding doors open out onto the large balcony where guests can take in the incredible uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn. This spectacular setting provides the perfect backdrop for a glass of champagne before dinner. The main living area has sumptuous sofas which surround the large stone fireplace. After a hard day on the slopes, guests can enjoy after ski snacks in peace and quiet whilst children are kept entertained in the apartment’s entertainment room.

On the lower ground floor of Chalet Shalimar is the shared spa area. There is a fabulous indoor pool, sauna, hammam and massage room. Triftji can be taken alongside the other three bedroom apartment to create a spacious 6 bedroom apartment, or can be taken alongside Elena, a luxury four bedroom apartment in the same building. When all the apartments are taken together, Chalet Shalimar sleeps up to 20 people.

Triftji is nestled in the enclave of Winklematten ideally positioned for keen skiers as you can ski to and from the property. The hustle and bustle of the centre of Zermatt is a 15 minute scenic walk away or a short ride in an electric taxi.

When taken on a fully catered basis, the apartment is staffed with a professional chef and host as well as a dedicated concierge. When taken on a self-catered basis there is a daily housekeeping service as well as a concierge who will be on hand to assist with any finer details throughout the week.
