The golf hotel in Campo Carlo Magno is a wonderful starting point for guided tours and excursions in the Brenta Dolomites and in the Adamello Brenta nature park. Madonna di Campiglio is approximately 1.5 km from the family-friendly conference hotel, Trento railway station is around 82 km away. The hotel is just 200 metres from the driving range and it enjoys direct access to the ski slopes. Verona Airport is approximately 160 km from the hotel and Brescia Airport is around 110 km away. The golf hotel in Madonna di Campiglio is a historical residence full of charm. The hotel was built in 1895 as a hunting chalet, the favourite holiday destination for the Hapsburg Court of Francis Josef and Princess Sisi. The name of the golf hotel stems from 1924, the year of construction of one of the first golf courses in Italy, designed by Henry Cotton. The resort is the ideal destination for those who want to find themselves within the splendid and enchanted scenery of the Dolomites. It offers 109 guest rooms and facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a TV lounge, kids' club and a bar and restaurant. Conference facilities and a car park are provided and, for additional fees, guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services. Beginners in ski school are usually taken by bus to the nursery slopes in nearby Campo Carlo Magna. Once ready to progress, there are two areas for relatively easy skiing at the top of the Pradalago and Groste sectors (served by the gondola from the village) where you'll find plenty of wide cruising trails - we like the 3 mile Graffer run in the Groste area which ends up in the village.
