In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 300 m, railway station 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake "Kirchberg" 2 km, lake Schwarzsee 4 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cycle lane 200 m, skisport facilities 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 300 m. Nearby attractions: Kitzbühel 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hahnenkamm/Hornlift 9 km, SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, KitzSki. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schwarzsee. Hiking paths: Kitzbühler Alpen 2 km, Wilder Kaiser / Brixental. Important: please respect the laws for rubbish collection (recycling).
