Location: where is Silence

Large, beautiful small apartment house "Silence", 4 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten, 1.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, central heating system. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.

Small kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

This accommodation only holiday to Silence in Zermatt, Switzerland departs Saturday 5th April 2025, for a 7 night stay on a "self catering" board basis. A local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by many councils in European ski resorts. It varies by standard and type of accommodation and is age dependent, so not everyone is charged.
